Winter Escape East Coast Road Trip 2025

Come join us on our first ever ladies east coast road trip! We will be travelling from Umina to Arrawarra Headland, then
onto the beautiful Sunshine Coast in QLD with a surf stop in the iconic Byron Bay. On the way backdown the coast, we
will stop off at Yamba, Scotts Head and Forster, surfing at lots of different beaches. There will be organised surf
lessons with reputable surf schools in each area. There will also be lots of time for free surf sessions with the group
and Sal.
 

7 night / 8 day Sal's East Coast Winter Escape includes:
- 1 night accommodation beach front house at Sapphire Beach, Coffs Harbour NSW
- 4 night accommodation in ocean view apartments at Moffat Beach, Sunshine Coast QLD
- 1 night accommodation city centre motel in Yamba, NSW

- 1 night accommodation lake side motel in Forster, NSW

- 7 x breakfasts and 7 x afternoon tea
- 6 x coached surf lessons with Sal and local surf coaches at the Sunshine Coast, Yamba & Scotts Head
(max 1:4 ratio)
- 6 x free surf sessions with Sal at Seal Rocks, Boomerang, Arrawarra Headland, Byron Bay, as well as a variety of
beaches around the Sunshine Coast.
- Video footage of your surfing
- Video analysis sessions

- Surf Theory sessions
- 1 x Goodies Bag
- Optional extra activities such as sightseeing, snorkeling and other fun social stuff!

- Communication via Whatsapp groups

Friday 4th July 2025 to Friday 11th July 2025 (NSW school holidays)


The Accommodation:

You will be staying in a variety of accommodations including Airbnb beach houses, apartments with ocean views and
water front motels.


Prices/Rooming: 

All rooms will be shared. There will be queen bed and twin room options.

Single bed in Twin Room $2300pp (2 spots left)
Queen bed for 2 people $2150pp (4 spots left)
 

What to bring:

  • USB or laptop for photos/videos OR access via Google Drive to download directly to your device 

  • Clothes suitable for weather forecasted at the time, remembering it should be warmer as we head north

  • Surfboard, wetsuit, swimmers, sun protection

  • Toiletries

  • Rain Jacket

  • Contact Sal to book your place! Simply fill in the contact form on the link below with your details.

  • In the message please let Sal know what room you would like & if you have a buddy to share with

Payments and T&C's:

  • You will be required to pay a $500 nonrefundable deposit via bank transfer or Paypal to secure your spot

  • 60 days prior to your trip, the remaining balance will need to be paid via bank transfer or Paypal which is
    also nonrefundable 

  • If you can no longer make the trip, you will lose your $500 deposit if you cancel more than 60 days before the
    trip start time.

  • If you pull out within 60 days of the trip and have paid your remaining balance, then Sal will attempt to fill your
    spot so she can refund you the remaining balance (your deposit will still be lost). Filling a spot is not always
    guaranteed and if it was not filled you would lose the entire amount.

  • If surf conditions became unsafe during the surf trip, replacement activities would occur such as surf theory,
    ​surf skate lessons or other recreational activities in the area we are visiting
