Locations - Main Location is Umina Beach
Sal's Surf School always operates out of Umina Beach. All lessons meet at Umina Beach surf club car park at our surf truck, unless informed otherwise. In larger swells
we use the south end of the beach and meet at 'kiddies corner' car park or we use the north end of the beach and meet at Ocean Beach Surf Club

Umina Beach benefits from its more South facing position which allows for wave size to be bigger then Ocean Beach. Its perfect for beginners & intermediate surfers. It too offers consistent waves all year round. Depending on the conditions we can utilise the open part of the beach in front of and to the sides of the surf club or head towards the south end of the beach that offers protection from big southerly swells. Meet in the car park at Umina Beach surf club 10mins before your lesson is due to start.
